This is such a pretty piece.  I used 16 gauge bare copper wire to form the crescent moon.  I then hammered it for texture and stability.  I then wrapped 16 gauge copper wire around to form its' design.  I then antiqued it with Liver of Sulfur for it's antiqued look.   A 4 inch extender hangs on this 18 inch chain with a Swarovski crystal at its' end.  Very pretty.  The moon measures 1 3/4 inch in length and approximately 1 1/2 inches in width at it's widest point.
